This lesson will walk you through how to achieve that desired level 9 blonde keeping the integrity of the hair in mind. To achieve this result, it is essential to correct banding, properly tone, while most importantly - maintaining the health of the hair. We will also review why and when to choose a semi-permanent vs a permanent toner, review underlying pigments and tonal direction, as well as techniques.
