CHICHI SAITO is a Make-up artist from Japan. Chichi has a strong passion towards illustration, art, and fashion. She has lived and worked in several different countries including Toronto, San Francisco, New York and Sydney and This gave her the chance to experience and learn about different aesthetics in different cultures around the world.
After studying illustration and make up in New York, she began working for the profession as an established make-up artist.
