Bio: 

Pro makeup artist Kendra Richards has created looks seen on the red carpet, in publications such as Vogue, Rolling Stone, Allure and InStyle, and advertisers like Olay and Target, as well as music videos and live performances.  Her resume includes work with Cindy Crawford, Robin Wright, Kerry Washington, Irina Shayk and Justin Timberlake to name a few.  

Kendra has seen the power of confidence that comes from knowing that you look your best, and it all starts with healthy, hydrated skin. Skin is the canvas for makeup; therefore the priming step is crucial. When she couldn’t find the right product to support her skin-first philosophy, she did what artists do... made her own.  After extensive formulating and testing (on celebrities and models, never animals), she launched her ideal primer line, Heir Atelier for face, eyes and lips. The textures + performance had to be just right. No masking, spackling, or pore-clogging. The results are unique lightweight, hydrating formulas that smooth, even skin tone, and keep makeup in its place. 

Kendra’s goal is always to enhance, not mask the appearance of the person in her chair and bring out their individual beauty.  Creating the look of naturally perfected glowing skin is one of her favorite looks to create and one what she is often brought in specifically to do.
