Born in Vietnam, Kim came to America at the age of 14 to find a better life with her family. She quickly found herself drawn to the creative world of hairstyling. Kim has been a master stylist and owner of Excellent Hair Salon for the past 25+ years. She has been a Global Educator for Guy Tang Mydentity after she was the first winner of the Guy Tang Hair Battle in 2016. She has been featured in Modern Salon, Beauty Launchpad, and Behind the Chair.
