In this class, you will learn how to create texture and how to manipulate each texture to create creative and fashionable worthy shapes great for editorials. She will go over each technique and how to marry hair into an editorial with ease, going overbalance and sharing the light with other artists to make a total concept shine bright.

Bio:
Carolina was raised in the small town of Tacoma Washington. In high school she enrolled in a summer program to learn to blow glass by the great Dale Chihuly which started her love for sculpting. After high school Carolina moved to San Diego to go to beauty school. Soon after beauty school, Carolina joined the team at Toni and Guy Hairdressing and quickly moved up the latter. Peaking as a Senior Art Team member Carolina traveled all over the country teaching other hairstylists. During her time at Toni and Guy she won awards for Haircutting, Best texture, Avant Garde and Hairdresser of the year in 2009. While entering these contests Carolina built relationships with Photographers and makeup artists who introduced her to working on set. She soon built a clientele and moved to Los Angeles. Her love for hair and makeup push her to always learn new techniques and keep her humble. Carolina has had the opportunity to work for LA fashion week, NY fashion week, The Emmy's, SAG awards, Video shoots, look books for various fashion houses, editorials for various magazines and hairstyling books. Working with Kelly Rowland, Alan Tudyk, Maria Thayer, Daniel Dae Kim, Josh Holloway, Harold Perrineau, Sarah Rue, Eva laRue , Guillermo Diaz, Jamie Ray Newman, Bianca Lawson, Katie Featherson, Ryan Newman, Sharna Burgess, Jenna Fischer , Julie Benz, Stacey Keibler , Kevin Nealon, Adrienne Maloof , Joey King, Hunter King and many more.
