Bio:
Angela Christine Stevens is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the beauty industry. The Chicago native has over 13 years of professional experience as a licensed master stylist, and has made quite an impact in beauty industry. The adopted name “Styles” was born in her early beginnings of brand building to further expand on her creative specialty of hair care and styling. Some of Angela’s titles include, Emmy Award Winning Hair stylist, Wig Maker, Salon Owner, Brand Consultant, Educator, TV Personality and Author. Angela’s public persona began a series regular in 2012 on We TV’s La Hair and continued for 4 seasons. Her television resume is unmatched with additional appearances on productions under VH1, BET, FOX, NBC and WE TV.

In her early career as a celebrity hairstylist, Angela worked with some of music and entertainments top influences including Rihanna, Keke Palmer, Rita Ora, 5th Harmony, and countless others.

Through the years Angela’s passion for hair care and education became her primary focus, she has been a featured educator for Mielle Organics, Girl + Hair, Cantu, and Camille Rose Naturals. In that passion for hair care and education, she wrote and self published “Hair” a children’s book to help shed light on the importance of loving and taking care of the hair we are born with. Her goal is to continue creating educational literature to unify and educate young men and women of all ethnicities on the importance of self-confidence, diversity, and friendship.

With every new project and experience, her mission remains the same, to uplift, enlighten, and inspire others. 

In addition to promoting her passion through literature, Angela is an Emmy Award winning hairstylist for her current work on rapper/ actress Eve on CBS The Talk daily. She also caters to clients in her west Hollywood Salon and sits on the advisory board of Bonnti, a beauty resource app for women of color.
